Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Oleo Strut Coffeehouse LLC. Here's what to expect once you place an order:

Processing time. Coffee orders are roasted to order through our coffee partner and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Merch (mugs, apparel, totes) is made to order through our print partner and typically ships within 2–7 business days, depending on the item.

Shipping time. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days within the U.S. Because coffee and merch are fulfilled by different partners, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and coffee roasting or merch production schedules can affect delivery. We'll do our best to keep you informed if a delay comes up.
